When someone begins to think about selling their home, a hundred questions arise -- How much will it sell for? What do I really need to do to get it ready to list? How will I manage selling and buying at the same time? How much does it cost? Is it worth it to make some upgrades before I sell? How accurate are those automated valuation websites? How do I find an agent I can really trust?

Since 2001, I've been helping clients navigate and find answers for all of those questions. And, in partnership with my husband Brad Wakeman, who is a licensed architect and contractor, we can 'flatten the road' and make the journey so much easier! Together, we'll design and price recommended pre-listing improvements and repairs, and then we'll manage the project through to completion prior to listing your property looking its best.

When you're ready for more, I can come tour the property and bring you some proprietary data analysis about your specific neighborhood, and then prepare a more detailed comparative market analysis for us to work with. A personal market analysis will *always* be more valuable than any automated valuation, so don't hesitate to reach out.

What Do I Need to Do to Get It Ready?
On our property tour, we'll get an idea of your specific listing goals and then design strategic improvements to help ensure a smooth sale. We'll secure pricing and schedule with subcontractors so that you can focus on your next steps.

Project Management and Competition Analysis
As we professionally manage your property transformation, we'll also help you ramp up your knowledge of the market so that when the time comes to list, you'll feel well informed to set the right price for the current market conditions.

Once On the Market
Professional staging, photography, and a comprehensive marketing strategy will help us expose your home to the market of ready, willing and able buyers who are out there. We'll send a regular activity update so you'll know just how things are going while on the market.

Once you receive an offer (or more than one!), I'll meet you to review and discuss the ins and outs before representing you professionally in the negotiation.

After your home goes "Pending" I'll manage the transaction through the escrow process and keep you informed along the way. It's an exciting time!
